As you have noticed we have launched a new eCommerce search site.  It is our desire to provide you with the information we have on our systems.  In an effort to bring additional features on-line in the future, we have to come up with ways to pay for those endeavors and this is one of them.  We currently have all of our Real Estate index records from 1950 to Current available on-line.  We also have the images available from 1989 to Current with more being added daily.  It is our ultimate goal to have all of our Real Estate records from 1950 to current on-line, so that you can do a 60 year title search.

NOTICE: We are experiencing technical difficulties with land records from 1/28/21 through 4/13/21. You may access these records at the Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s Cooperative Authority: gsccca.org. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

"Effective July 1, 2019 Bibb, Georgia Clerk of Superior Court is no longer charging a Subscription Fee. You only pay $.50 per page to print. Once the image is purchased, the Unofficial watermark will be removed."

If you do not print from the receipt you will need to go to 'My Account', 'Purchase History', select the date the transaction was done on/or remove the dates and then click on 'Search Transactions'. You will see all your transaction made on the selected dates you entered.

* Real Estate Only and there is a $2.00 minimum credit card purchase (to recover costs) that can be avoided by funding a pre-paid account in the system.

For Existing Subscribers:
If you are an existing customer and your subscription has expired, you will be prompted to select a subscription after you have signed in.

1.  Select a Subscription that best fits your needs. Note: You will be prompted to renew your subscription automatically when access to your account expires.
2.  Pay for selected subscription using a credit card.
3.  Confirm payment to gain access to site.
4.  Congratulations!  You now have access to the site! 

For New Subscribers:
Creating an account is quick and easy!

To Create an Account:
1.  Fill out the registration form by clicking the "Create an Account" link to the left underneath the login box.
2.  Accept site usage terms and conditions.
3.  Select a Subscription that best fits your needs. Note: You will be prompted to renew your subscription automatically when access to your account expires.
